(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Wednesday October 09, 2013 a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer attended at a residence in Mitchell to speak to a male about a warrant.
The male was observed cutting his grass while operating his John Deere lawn tractor. The male displayed signs of impairment and a strong odour of an alcoholic beverage was detected on the man’s breath. The man was arrested and transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville for breath tests.
Andrzey KUBICKI (64) of the Municipality of West Perth has been charged with “driving while ability impairedâ€Â, and with “fail or refuse to provide breath sampleâ€Â. He is held in custody and is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on Friday October 11, 2013.
