(Bonnechere Valley Township, ON) Provincial Constable Jason Golds is investigating the theft of a Generator, boat motor, and numerous other items that were removed from a cottage on Tranquility Bay Drive. (South Algonquin Township, ON) Provincial Constable Jordan Bullis is investigating the theft of batteries, paddles and numerous other articles from a camp located on Victoria Lake Road. Sometime between November 2014 and May 2015 unknown person(s) entered the camp and removed the articles. If anyone has information contact the Killaloe OPP or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
JOINT RIDE PROGRAM WITH MNR LEADS TO NUMEROUS CHARGES
(Algonquin Provincial Park, ON) On Friday, May 15, 2015 Officers of the Killaloe and Whitney Detachments conducted a joint RIDE program with the Ministry of Natural Resources in Algonquin Provincial Park. Officers conducted over one thousand vehicle checks and issued Highway Traffic Act, Tobacco Tax Act, Compulsory Automobile Act, and Controlled Drugs and Substance Act charges.
