(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 33 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a St Johns Road, Woodhouse, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, August 30, 2013, at approximately 6:30 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of St Johns Road and Tisdale Road, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
Charged with Possession for the Purpose X3, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000, Speeding and Driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available is 33 year old Nicholas Gabriel MACSAI from St. Catharines Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
