Female Charged For Speeding Twice Within 9 Minutes

(CHATHAM, ON) On October 10, 2016, a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was conducting RADAR enforcement on Highway 401 near Orford Road when they observed an eastbound vehicle exceeding the posted speed limit of 100 km/hr. The RADAR registered a speed in excess of 130 km/hr.

The vehicle was stopped and while speaking with the driver, she stated she had been stopped, for speeding, earlier today and issued a Provincial Offences Notice.

Upon further investigation, the female driver, Carol ALAZKI, 20-years-old of London, ON, was charged with speeding and drive motor vehicle – no currently validate permit, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and will appear in a Chatham court on November 30, 2016 to answer to the charge.
