(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a single motor vehicle collision at a Concession 14, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, August 30, 2014 at approximately 5:17 p.m., the Norfolk County OPP, Norfolk County Fire Services and Norfolk County Paramedics responded to a single motor vehicle collision.
Investigation has determined that a vehicle was travelling westbound on Concession 14 approaching O’Mahoney Road when the vehicle left the roadway and entered the south ditch resulting in the vehicle rolling over and partially ejecting the driver.
The driver of the vehicle, 22 year old Justin ROGERS-TOURLOUKIS of Norfolk County, Ontario was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced deceased by the attending physician.
OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) are assisting with the investigation.
