(CAMPBELLFORD, ON) –On January 16, 2017 at 2:47pm the Northumberland detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an industrial accident that occurred at a business in Tanner Industrial Park Campbellford.
Reports indicate that an employee was working in a rear parking lot between two 53 foot trailers when one of them moved in towards the other trapping the man. The employee was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ontario Coroner’s Office and the Ministry of Labour have been contacted to attend the scene.
The investigation is ongoing at the time of this release.
