(North Dundas) – On January 3rd, 2014 at approximately 9:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a family dispute at a residence on Main Street in the Village of Winchester, North Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that an intoxicated male had assaulted and threatened a family member and acquaintance in the home. He also exposed himself inappropriately.
The 40 year old man was arrested and is charged with;
– Assault (2 counts)
– Utter Threats (2 counts)
– Fail To Comply with Conditions (2 counts)
– Breach of Recognizance
– Indecent Act
He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) in Cornwall court.
