(North Dundas) – On January 4th, 2014 at approximately 12:30am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic situation at a residence on Mill Street in the Village of Chesterville, North Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that a verbal altercation between a male and his common-law spouse resulted in the female being assaulted. The male was also bound by conditions from a previous incident.
The 33 year old man was arrested and is charged with;
– Assault
– Fail to Comply with Orders (3 counts)
He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) in Cornwall court.
