(TECUMSEH, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Tecumseh was on routine patrol November 5, 2015 at approximately 2:45 a.m. on Intersection Road in the Town of Tecumseh.
Officers observed a vehicle swerve within the eastbound lane and strike the shoulder of the road numerous times.
The vehicle was stopped and the male driver and sole occupant of the vehicle exhibited signs of impairment. He was issued a Roadside Screening Device Demand which he “failed”.
Eric SEMENTILLI, age 31 of Tecumseh, was arrested and charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol content. He will appear in a Windsor court on November 19, 2015 to answer to the charge.
