(SOUTH PORCUPINE) – The South Porcupine OPP has charged a 65 year old driver with a number of traffic offences stemming from traffic complaints received regarding a vehicle being allegedly driven in an unsafe manner on August 8th, 2013, on Hwy 655 north of Timmins.
An OPP officer had occasion to locate the vehicle that was the subject of a number of driving complaints received from motorists who had observed the vehicle being driven in an erratic and unsafe manner.
The vehicle’s driver was stopped and interviewed along with a number of motorists who observed the alleged offences take place on Hwy 655.
As a result, Emmanuel ABARA, 65, of Richmond Hill, Ontario, has been charged with:
Careless Driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Fail to Surrender Licence contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
