(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), a Highway Safety Division officer was on patrol on Bethel Road, in the County of Brant.
At approximately 8:55 p.m. October 2nd, 2014, the officer stopped a Grey Ford. While the officer was talking to the driver he could smell the strong odour of alcohol. The officer gave the female driver the Roadside Screening Test and as a result she was taken to the Oxford County OPP for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Elizabeth WARNOCK 47 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charge
Drive with More than 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 31st, 2014 to answer to the charge.
