(LEAMINGTON, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington was called to attend an eating establishment in the downtown core of Leamington on March 30, 2015 at approximately 2:00 p.m.
Officers arrived and observed a male shouting and causing a disturbance inside the business. Information provided indicated that the male had ordered approximately $90.00 worth of food and was not able to pay for it.
Elias CHAVIRA-GONZALEZ, age 46 of Leamington was charged with the following offences:
Breach of Undertaking x 2
Breach of Recognizance
Food or Lodge Fraud
He was held for a bail hearing and will appear in a Leamington courtroom at a later date to answer to the charges.
