(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On May 15th, 2015 at approximately 12:15 a.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a vehicle on Hendrie Road in the Township of Springwater for traffic offence, but Police quickly determined that the driver of this motor vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
This male was arrested but refused to provide a proper breath sample.
Charged with “Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample” is Egor KAPKO 21 years old from Vaughan, Ontario. First appearance is June 23rd, 2015 in Collingwood court.
