Dylan SICKLES – Break, Enter And Theft

(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On November 27, 2015 the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged a male in relation to three property crimes.

In April 2015, a suspect attended a rural residential property on Muncey Road, in the Municipality of Strathroy Caradoc, Ontario. Once on the property, they trespassed, and accessed the interior of a locked barn. A motorcycle, golf cart (since recovered), and tools, were stolen.

In September 2015, a theft from a lean-to storage shed occurred on Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation, Ontario. Tools and fishing equipment were stolen.

In September 2015, a theft of a motor vehicle occurred. The GMC pickup truck was stolen from a residence on Nottinghill Crescent, in London, Ontario.

As a result of the subsequent police investigations, 19-year-old Dylan SICKLES, from Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation, Ontario, has been charged with break, enter a place – commit indictable offence, and theft under $5000 (X2), contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

He was released from police custody on a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer to the charges in a London court, on January 7, 2016.
