(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 32 year old male with a drinking and driving offence after investigating a motor vehicle collision at a Haldimand Highway (Hwy) #54, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Monday June 29th, 2015 at approximately 8:15 pm Police were called to Grand Oaks R.V. Park to investigate a single motor vehicle collision which had collided with a tree involving a Dodge pickup.
As a result of the investigation 32 year old Brandon SMITH of Hamilton, ON has been charged with Driving a motor vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol and Dangerous Operation of a motor vehicle. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON to answer to the charges.
