Drunk Driving Charge Laid In SUV vs Tractor Collision – Name Released

(TECUMSEH, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged the driver of a white Jeep Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) that struck a farm tractor on Highway 3 in Tecumseh, Ontario on November 9, 2016 at approximately 1:45 p.m.

Joseph NOHRA, age 58 of Leamington, Ontario was arrested at the scene and will appear in a Windsor, Ontario court on November 30, 2016 charged with the following offences:

Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle

Drive Motor Vehicle Over 80 Milligrams

Possession of Cannabis
