(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On May 8, 2017 at approximately 4:44 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with the assistance of Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a collision between a vehicle and a cow on Grey Rd. 17 near Mountain Lake Rd., in the Township of Georgian Bluffs. As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 38-year old Steven GARBUTT, of Wiarton, with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80 mg. The lone driver was treated at hospital for minor injuries and released. He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on June 8, 2017.
