(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On May 6, 2017 at approximately 9:12 p.m., as a result of a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on the travelled portion of Concession 4 in the Township of Chatsworth, police attended and located a lone intoxicated male seated in the driver’s seat. 30-year old Joel Alexander RINCON ARIAS, of Brantford, Ontario, was arrested and charged with impaired care and control of a motor vehicle, and care and control over 80 mg. Breath tests indicated his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit. He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on May 18, 2017.
