Police recieved a call from a concerned citizen. There was a male operating a vehicle in a south end drive thru. The driver appeared to be impaired. Officer’s attended and locate a 29 year old male operating a vehicle. The driver failed a roadside screening device. The driver was transported to the Barrie Police station and provided two breath samples over the legal limit. The male was released with a future court date and his rented vehicle was towed.
