(STRONG TWP, ON) On December 26, 2014 at approximately 8:15 p.m. the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. program on Highway 124 and Peacock Road, Strong Township. The driver of a Chevrolet Silverado approached the R.I.D.E program and was subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
Police arrested and later released Christopher BARRY, 24 of Magnetawan Ontario with possession of a controlled substance, marihuana, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act. The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sundridge, Ontario on Thursday, January 22, 2015.
