(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers from the Organized Criminal Enforcement Bureau, Drug Enforcement Bureau, with the assistance of the County of Brant OPP Crime Unit and patrol officers executed search warrant of a St. George home in the County of Brant.
On September 26th, 2014, officers located a marihuana grow operation in the residence. Officers seized numerous plants in different stages of growth, dried marihuana and other drugs.
Susan HARROT 59 years of age and James HARROT 62 years of age from the County of Brant are facing the following criminal charges
Produce a Schedule II Substance (Cannabis Marihuana)
Possession of Schedule II Substance- Cannabis Resin over 1 gram
Possession of Schedule I Substance- Other Drugs
Both accused are scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford at a later date.
