On Thursday morning, members of the Owen Sound Police Service Drug Enforcement Unit, the Criminal Investigation Branch and the High Enforcement Action Team executed a search warrant at a west side apartment building.. Officers located a small quantity of cocaine and marihuana in the residence. Two people were taken into custody. A 49 year old Owen Sound man and a 44 year old Owen Sound woman were both charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Marihuana. They were released to attend court on April 10, 2014.
