(GODERICH, ON) – On Thursday, August 7, 2014 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), with the assistance of Huron County OPP executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence located on Huron Road in the Town of Goderich, Huron County, Ontario.
As a result of the execution of the search warrant, police seized marihuana, marihuana plants, cannabis resin and offence related property that consisted of trafficking paraphernalia and cash. The estimated combined street value of the seized controlled substances is $16,729. The estimated combined street value of the seized offence related property and cash is $4,200.
40 year old male Robbie FRANCIS, 41 year old female Sheri McASTOCKER and 22 year old male Develin McASTOCKER all from Goderich are each charged with Production of Marihuana, Possession for the Purposes of Trafficking Marihuana and Possession of Cannabis Resin.
They were all released from custody with a scheduled court appearance on September 15, 2014 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
