(Prescott, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), and members of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Search Warrant at an apartment complex in the Town of Prescott.
Shortly before noon on May 12, police entered an apartment on King St. in the Town of Prescott and seized a quantity of marihuana and prescription pills.
Randy GROOTJAMS, age 51 is charged with:
possession of a Schedule ll substance (marihuana) for the purpose of trafficking and
possession of a Schedule l substance (prescription pills ) for the purpose of trafficking
He was released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Brockville on June 24, 2016
Patricia COVILL, 46, is charge with:
possession of a Schedule ll substance (marihuana) for the purpose of trafficking and
possession of a Schedule l substance (prescription pills) for the purpose of trafficking
