(AMELIASBURGH, ON) – On Friday 28 July, 2017 at approximately 8:50am, a female pedestrian walking northbound on the shoulder of Hwy 62 just south of the Norris Whitney Bridge was approached by an unknown male. The male slowed his vehicle and spoke to her through the passenger side window. The male exposed his penis and asked the woman if she wanted to have sex with him. The woman walked away from the car and the male turned his vehicle around and was last seen southbound on Hwy 62.
The male suspect is described as follows: early 20’s with light colored skin, short black hair, light colored eyes, round face, with no facial hair or piercings or tattoos. The male was soft spoken and was polite to the woman. The male was only wearing a t-shirt and black underwear.
The vehicle is described as follows: light colored possibly blue or grey 4 door sedan, no tint on the windows, no decals with a dark interior that was very clean. A partial plate (Ontario) was obtained and may contain the numbers 653.
