DRIVER CHARGED AFTER COLLISION WITH CYCLIST

(ENNISKILLEN TOWNSHIP, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) laid charges of Careless Driving and Failing to Remain after the driver of an Oldsmobile vehicle struck a cyclist from behind.

On June 28, 2014 just after 8:00 a.m. Lambton OPP officers responded to the 3600 block of Petrolia Line to investigate the collision that left the cyclist, a 64 year old St. Clair Township, ON man with non-life threatening injuries.

The vehicle driver, Michael PAISLEY, 21 years of age from Petrolia, ON was located a short distance from the collision and subsequently charged.
