(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 36 year old female and 42 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at an Argyle Street South, Caledonia, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Monday, August 3, 2015, at approximately 10:31 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Argyle Street South, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 36-year-old Tammy GARLOW of Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation, Ontario with use plate not authorized for vehicle; operate a motor vehicle without insurance and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 is 42-year-old Eugene WHITE of Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation, Ontario.
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
