(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating a theft after being called to a St George Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at approximately 9:16 a.m., police attended the Lensmill Store after receiving a report of a theft of a donation box.
Through investigation it has been determined that unknown suspect(s) attended the store on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 and proceeded to remove a donation box from the front counter. The donation box was located however all the funds that had been donated were taken.
The police are seeking the public’s assistance with this investigation. If anyone has any information regarding this incident or if they can identify the suspect, they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
