Just before 4 pm police responded to a midtown residence with respect to a break and enter. A youth came upstairs from the basement in her family home to see why her dog was barking. When she reached the main floor she was startled to find a male in his 40’s in the house. The male fled out the back of the house. The youth contacted her mother who then contacted police. A concerned neighbor also called the police when he observed a male in his backyard. Police attended in response to the calls and located the male. The male in his 40’s was arrested and brought to the station to be processed.
