Police arrested a 52 year old female after a friend of the accused reported she was assaulted on the weekend after enjoying a night out drinking together. The victim reported that she was physically assaulted as well as choked by the accused during the course of the assault.

Overcome Resistance by Attempting to Choke, Suffocate or Strangle
The accused will appear in a Barrie Court on March 2nd, 2015.
