(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 57 year old male with a drinking and driving offence after conducting a traffic stop at a Concession Road #12, Hagersville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday September 18th, 2015 at approximately 10:30 pm Police stopped a grey 2003 Toyota pickup truck on Concession Road #12 after receiving a traffic complaint of a possible impaired driver. While speaking with the driver evidence of alcohol consumption was detected this resulted in his arrest and breath tests being obtained.
Charged with Driving a Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol is 57 year old David STIRLING of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
