David BAKER – Drunk Driving

(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On July 15, 2014 at approximately 2:40 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling St. Andrew Street East, Fergus and located a 2003 Honda in a ditch. Upon speaking with the driver, officers observed signs of alcohol consumption. The male was arrested and brought to the South Wellington Operations Centre for testing.

The Administrative Drivers’ Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and his motor vehicle impounded for seven days.

David BAKER aged 50 of Brampton has been charged with Care and Control While Impaired and Care and Control Over 80 MGS contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on July 29, 2014 to answer to the charges.
