(MUNICIPALITY OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Sunday, July 13, 2014, at approximately 10:44 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a disturbance on Church Street, Walter’s Falls, in the Municipality of Chatsworth. Information was received that the suspect was trying to engage a male, at the residence, into a fight. The suspect left the area in his vehicle prior to police arrival.
Police located the suspect vehicle, a 1998 Jeep, on Alma Street in Walter’s Falls. The driver was found to have been drinking. After failing a roadside breath test, he was transported to the Chatsworth OPP detachment for further breath tests, which indicated he had consumed more than the legal limit of alcohol.
Edward MUSTARD, 42, of the Township of Chatsworth, was charged with impaired – over 80mg.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, August 14, 2014.
