(Tweed, ON) – On December 16, 2016 at 6:45 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P responded to a residence on Trudeau Lane in the Municipality of Tweed after receiving a complaint of a physical altercation involving two men.
When police arrived on scene one man remained in an agitated state, yelling, throwing objects around and kicking an officer. As a result of the investigation 53 year old Dartt MAC PHERSON of Tweed, ON was arrested and charged with Assault and Assault a Peace Officer. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing on December 20, 2016.
