(TECUMSEH, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Tecumseh received a traffic complaint regarding an erratic driver on January 22, 2016 at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Riverside Drive East in Tecumseh.
Officers located the black Jeep in question and spoke to the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle. He exhibited signs of impairment and both full and empty bottles of alcohol were located inside his vehicle.
He was arrested at the scene.
Darryl HOWE, age 46 of Lakeshore, was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on February 3, 2016 to answer to the charges.
