Darryl BOUDREAU Tracked Down By Footprints In Snow – Break and Enter, etc

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Tuesday February 18, 2014 shortly before 5:30 a.m. a Food Basics employee located a male in the rear storage section of the store. The male left the building as the employee contacted the police.

Within minutes, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers located a male matching the description of the suspect on Wallace Ave. North. The male was attempting to hide behind a snowbank. Officers followed the male’s footprints in the freshly fallen snow directly back to the Food Basics store.

Darryl BOUDREAU (51) of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with “break, enter and theft”, possession of break-in instruments”, “possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000”, “mischief under $5,000”. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Listowel on Wednesday March 19, 2014 to answer to these charges.
