(Bancroft, ON) – On September the 26th, 2016, in the early evening, officers from the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), observed a male party known to them in the Town of Bancroft. Upon speaking with the man, officers observed that he has been consuming alcohol.
As a result of their investigation, Daniel Ryan BEACH, 32 years of Hasting Highlands was charged with Failing to Comply with an Undertaking Given Before an Officer in Charge, and two (2) counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
