Daniel BULIGAN – Drunk Driving

(LONDON, ON) – On July 5, 2014 at approximately 1:31 a.m., Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on the ramp to Highway 401 from southbound Wellington Road in the City of London. The vehicle had left the roadway and rolled in the ditch.

When police arrived, they soon discovered the driver had been drinking and was impaired. He was arrested and transported to the London OPP detachment for further tests.

As a result of the investigation, Daniel BULIGAN, age 33 of Georgetown, ON was charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from custody by way of a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in a London courtroom August 26, 2014 to speak to the charges.

Middlesex County OPP wants to remind motorists that driving a vehicle is a very complicated task that involves many skills. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs drastically reduces your ability to perform those necessary tasks and puts everyone at risk. Don’t take the risk. Drive sober. Drive safe.
