(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) A 20-year-old male faces several charges following a complaint of erratic driving on July 3, 2014.
At approximately 9:20 p.m. police located and stopped the suspect vehicle travelling west bound on Highway 65 East and checked the status of the driver. There were a total of six occupants in the vehicle and one of them was located in the trunk.
Through investigation Cole TRAJKOWICZ-FAUVELLE of Haileybury is charged for Impaired Driving – section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code, Over 80 – section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code, and Dangerous Operation – section 249(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
The vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days.
The accused will appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on August 26, 2014.
