(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) of the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment responded to a single vehicle crash on December 12 at approximately 12:45 am. The crash occurred on Ramsay Road.
Charged, after an investigation, is 36 year old Dallas CHARTERS of Minden. The accused is charged with Care or Control of Motor Vehicle with more than 80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on January 7, 2016.
