(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Monday November 18, 2013 just before 9:00am, a Honda Civic was stopped to make a left turn onto Park Dr. from Brunel Rd. in the town of Huntsville. A school bus traveling in the same direction struck the Civic from behind pushing it up over the curve on the lawn.
The driver of the Civic a 37-year-old from Huntsville was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the school bus was not injured. There were no students on bus at the time of the crash. As a result of the investigation a 30 year old female of Lake of Bays, Ont., was charged with adult fail to Turn out to left to avoid collision under the Highway Traffic Act.
