Barrie Police were called to a Dunlop St convenience store for a robbery.
Police were told a lone male entered the store, hurdled the counter and shoved the clerk out of the way.
The male removed a quantity of cash from the till and then fled the scene.
Police conducted a K9 search and a canvass of nearby areas with negative results.
Police are continuing to investigate the matter and any witnesses are asked to contact the Criminal Investigations Unit or call Crimestoppers
