(HURON TWP, ON) – On December 12, 2014 at 1:54 a.m., as South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Concession 6 east in Huron Township stopped a Green Yamaha Y55 All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV). The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty-five year old David LEMBKE of Saugeen Shores has been charged with impaired operation and operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 12, 2015 to answer to the charges.
