(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On January 24, 2014 at approximately
7:40 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call regarding a collision involving two motor vehicles on Concession 1 at Concession 7 in Puslinch Twp.
Investigation revealed that an eastbound motor vehicle collided with a westbound motor vehicle after the driver entered into the westbound lane. Police spoke with the driver and discovered that she had been drinking. She was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Connie Jensen age 48 of Cambridge has been charged Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 25, 2014 to answer to the charge.
The driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days and her vehicle impounded for a period of seven days as per statute.
