On August 6, 2014, at 5:20 p.m., Guelph Police responded to a report of a collision on Starwood Drive. A parked vehicle had been struck and both vehicles sustained serious damage. The female driver of the responsible vehicle had tried to leave on foot, but was being detained by citizens.
Tanya WAITES, 38 years of Guelph, has been charged with impaired driving and possession CDSA.
She will appear in court on September 19, 2014.
