On August 7, 2014, at 4:13 a.m., Guelph Police observed a male party who is known to them, on Gordon Street in possession of several items. Investigation determined that the items were stolen from two different locations.
Richard HULAN, 21 years of Guelph, has been charged with possession of stolen property (two counts), break, enter and commit and carry concealed weapon. He will appear in court on September 16, 2014.
