Christopher SUSIN – Drunk Driving

(NOTTAWASAGA, ON)- On October 26, 2013 at 1:03am, a member of the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was proactively patrolling Knight Street in the Town of New Tecumseth.

The Officer noticed a vehicle parked on the front lawn of a residence with the driver’s door wide open. Officers approached the vehicle to find one male occupant; officers began an investigation, followed by a roadside breath test being conducted.

Charged with Care and Control Over 80 mgs of alcohol (Criminal Code of Canada) is 44 year old Town of New Tecumseth resident Christopher SUSIN. The driver’s license was suspended under the administrative driver’s license system for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded. The first appearance for this charge will be November 14, 2013 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford, Ontario.
