Christopher James TAYLOR – Pointing Firearm, Threats, Breach

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 24 year old male after police investigated an incident at a James Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Sunday, September 13, 2015 at approximately 12:29 a.m., police responded to the parking lot of Tim Horton’s after receiving a call from a concerned community member.

Through the course of investigation it was determined that a male and female became involved in a verbal confrontation at which time a firearm was then displayed.

As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 24-year-old Christopher James TAYLOR of Norfolk County, Ontario with the following offences.

Pointing a firearm

Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose

Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm

Breach of Recognizance

He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
