(FENWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 28, 2014 OPP were conducting R.I.D.E. checks on Goulais Bay Road.
At approximately 4:40 pm a pickup truck was stopped.
The driver exhibited signs of alcohol impairment.
As a result of police investigation Christopher DENNY, twenty-nine years old of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on October 20, 2014.
