Sec 12(1)(d) Highway Traffic Act – ” Use Plate Not Authorized”
Sec 3(1) Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act – ” Fail To Surrender Insurance Card”
Mr. Baker is scheduled to appear at Peterborough Provincial Court on September 29th
